Advisory Board

The Advisory Board is responsible for the supervision of the chapter's affairs as related to Sigma Kappa, the campus, and the community.   Chapter advisors guide and support the chapter and collegiate officers and works with the chapter to meet the Standards of Excellence.  The advisory board for the Gamma Phi chapter of Sigma Kappa is made up of dedicated alumnae who take time away from their families, friends and other obligations to ensure the longevity of the collegiate chapter at NCSU.  These women represent the life long commitment each member of Sigma Kappa makes to ensure the prosperity of our organization.

House Corporation

Since January 1976, we have leased and occupied the same chapter house on Greek Court, which is one of fifteen owned by the university.  The local House Corporation oversees the management of the chapter’s housing facility, including maintenance, finances and legal matters in regards to property.  The corporation board is also responsible for making certain the corporation follows state regulations governing non-profit corporations.  Our local house corporation is comprised of dedicated alumnae who work endlessly to ensure we have a great space to meet and hang out.
